How to Make a Form Inactive on your site

Step 1: Login to your athletic website using the 'admin login' button at the top of the page.

Step 2: Now that you are logged into the sportshub side of your site, click on 'Forms' on the left hand side of the page.

Step 3: Now to disable a form, click the green slider button, it should change to grey notifying you that the form has been disabled. Now when the user trys to view the form on your site they will be unable to.
