How to Setup a Confirmation

Step 1: Find the form you would like to setup a confirmation for

Step 2: Click on the form title

Step 3: Choose “Confirmations”

Step 4: Click “Add New”

Step 5: Name the notification i.e Thanks for registering

Step 6: Enter the email address you would like to send the confirmation to (the email address for the person filling out the form)

Step 7: Enter the Subject i.e Registration Confirmation

Step 8: Choose “All fields” for the message of the notification

Step 9: Click “Save Confirmation”
