Managing Preferences (Email, SMS)
Managing your alert preferences (default) can be done through your account settings.
1: Log into getvnn.com and click "GO TO ALERTS"
2: Click on the person icon at the top right of the page and select "preferences"
3: Choose whether you would like your default setting to be "email only", "Text (SMS) only" or "Both email and text".
4: Click "continue"
5: Confirm your contact information (email and phone). If you selected "text" as one of your options you must hit "send" code to test text messaging. A four digit code will be sent to your phone and you will enter that on the website.
6: Click "continue"
