What are the main user roles? What can each user do?
There are four key roles you will be working with:
Editor: Has access and can do everything on the site (Articles, Photo Galleries, Schedules and Rosters, School Pages, Adding Users)
Author: Can write/add Articles and Photo Galleries onto the site but they must be approved by an Editor to go live.
PhotoEditor: Can create Photo Galleries to go live on the site. They can approve Photo Galleries from Authors and Photographers.
Photographers: Can create Photo Galleries, but must be approved before they go live on the site.
