Inviting Athletes to Receive Team Alerts

The process of ensuring your athlete is receiving alerts from VNNalerts.com by adding them to your roster.

VNN Playbook - Inviting Athletes to Receive Alerts by Adding them to your Roster

Step 1: Go to getvnn.com and login to your dashboard

Step 2: Click on Edit Teams in the Teammate box.

Step 3: Choose the season and the team you would like to add a roster for

 

Step 4: Click Add Athlete

 

Step 5: Click the Single Athlete tab and enter the required information: First Name, Last Name, Graduation Year. Also include the Email Address. Once an email address is entered the system will automatically send that athlete an email to get signed up to receive updates from VNNalerts.com

Step 6: Click Save & Add Another if you would like to add another athlete or just Save & Close if you are all set
