Sending an Alert

1. Log into

2. Click on "GO TO ALERTS"

3. Click "send alerts" on the left hand side

4. Choose the team(s) you would like to send the alert to

5. "Post alert on website" allows the alert to show up on your athletic platform along with sending out a text and an email. If you DO NOT want the alert on your site you should uncheck this box

6. Select expiration date: this is how long the alert will show on the athletic platform. If you choose to not post the alert on your website this box will no longer appear

7. Enter your message i.e Baseball game postponed due to lightning, Don't forget to join us at our fundraiser this Friday, etc.

8. Click "Send Alert"
