Manage your Teams Facebook & Twitter accounts

Coaches & AD's are now able to add their Teams Facebook and Twitter accounts to their teams pages! 

The process is simple! Before you begin, you should make sure you have the proper access to both your Twitter and Facebook pages. For Twitter, this is as simple as having a password to the account. For Facebook however, you want to be sure that you are set up as an admin of the page you are trying to connect. Logging into both accounts on your computer before attempting to connect will streamline the process. 

Heres how it works: Connecting your teams socials is done in Teammate which you get to from your dashboard at Getvnn.com! Each Team can have their own accounts linked, or you can connect the same account to each team within a program (This will Not create duplicate posts). 

Whether you are setting up your Facebook or Twitter, both are done the same way!

Step 1: Login to your VNN Dashboard at getvnn.com 

Step 2: Click on the Team Management/Teammate widget

Step 3: Choose the team you would like to setup socials for

Step 4: Click on the blue 'Manage Socials' button

Step 5: If you are connecting a Facebook account:

• Click the blue 'connect to facebook' button. If you are already logged into your facebook account, the page will refresh, and then you will see a list of the pages that you manage from your account! 

• Click on the Page you want to connect and wait for the browser to finish loading completely. Please note, the coach must be an admin of the page for it to appear in the list. 

Step 6: If you are connecting a Twitter account: 

• Click on the blue 'Connect to twitter' button. If you are logged in already, wait for the page to redirect and finish loading completely before clicking on anything! 
• If you are not logged in, enter your login information on the following page and authorize the connection, Then you are all set!!

Your teams Twitter & Facebook pages are now connected and you can will see the Social Icons next to your Records on your Teams page!!

To remove a connected social media account from a Teams page:

Step 1: Login to your VNN Dashboard at getvnn.com and click on

Step 2: Click on the Team Management/Teammate widget

Step 3: Choose the team you would like to remove socials for

Step 4: Click on the blue 'Manage Socials' button

Step 5: Scroll down to either Twitter or Facebook, and click on the red 'Remove Account' button, then wait for the page to finish loading before leaving.
